2024 Sponsors Registration

Please consider sponsoring our teams. Each contribution has a direct impact on our efforts to increase participation, to build awareness, to provide programs that allow people to access the sport, and to enrich players' experiences.

Pentucket Youth Football and Cheer teaches good sportsmanship and the fundamentals of football and cheer, while building a positive self-image in a healthy competitive environment. This is the foundation upon which the league is built.

Pentucket Youth Football and Cheer is possible because of the continued support and generosity from our community sponsors. Your charitable sponsorship dollars help us to cover the cost of uniforms, equipment, field maintenance, greatly reducing registration costs to make our program more accessible throughout the region. Contributions of any amount are very much appreciated, and multiple sponsorship levels are available below.

This registration session will allow you to complete your contact information and sponsor our program.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available. If you prefer to write a check please download the PDF registration form and mail to the address on the form along with a check. If you prefer in person, our Sponsorship coordinator can assist with the form and pickup the check from your place of business. Donations for more than the sponsorship amount are always welcome in form of a check. 

All Gold and Platinum level sponsorships are due July 1st
